Basketball training made personal
"Get the fundamentals down and the level of everything you do will rise."
- Michael Jordan
"I had to spend countless hours, above and beyond the basic time, to try and perfect the fundamentals."

PHILOSOPHY
Hello and welcome to Supernova Skills Basketball. We believe that all kids have the ability to be great, and it is the job of a coach to help players realize their full potential, even when the athlete may not see it. To us, this is done through fundamental skill work. In addition, we believe in teaching players the reason behind why they should be doing different moves. This allows focus and a better connection between learned skills and game skills. Basketball has been a big part of who we are and because of that, we believe, it is beneficial to additionally focus on the character of the athlete both ON and OFF the court.

The trainers at Supernova Skills Basketball have over 30 years of experience in the basketball world!

PLAYING EXPERIENCE
In high school (Ashwaubenon) I was the starting varsity point guard for 3 years and led our team to the Sectional Championship my junior year. I was selected to the All Conference team both my junior and senior year, as well as selected to the All State team my senior year. I went on to play collegiate basketball at St. Norbert College (De Pere, WI) and was a 4 year starter. In college I started every game that I ever played! My sophomore year our team went 16-0 in conference and played in the Division III NCAA tournament. We were ranked as high as #21 in the nation! Post college, I continue to play in various men's leagues and open gyms.
COACHING EXPERIENCE
After college I began my coaching career in Marshfield, WI in 2004. I've coached at the grade school level, high school level and collegiate level since then. I have been a part of teams that have won conference championships, teams that have had great success and teams that have not. I have helped start a feeder program for youth and have put on camps for kids of all ages. All of these experiences have made me into the coach I am today.
